The Warwick Castle Hotel opened on the 22nd of July, 2024.

I was brought in at an early stage by Merlin Entertainments two years earlier, to create a look for the exterior of the new hotel, which would fit into its woodland surroundings and compliment the Knight's Village Resort I'd also helped develop, just a stone's throw away.

​

Working closely with Edward Neville of Merlin Magic Making, RED Construction and Manser Architects, I visually developed the whole family-focussed medieval resort, from initial concept designs  to the full artwork package used throughout the Hotel, creatively developing:

 

• Hotel Exterior Themeing 

 

• Themed exterior Play Area design

 

• Hotel Interior Lobby Themeing + animatronic Knight on horseback photo opportunity

• 7 metre long Medieval battle tapestry depicting Warwick Castle Hotel, the Knight's Village and Warwick Castle.

• Lift interior/exterior graphics design

• Toilet Lobby wallpaper and cubicle graphics

​

• Themed bedroom designs including wallpapers and shields 

​

• Tapestry style wallpapers for children's bunk bed wall depicting medieval banquets and dungeons

​

• Shower wall tapestry illustration depicting a boat race next to Warwick Castle

​

• Medieval Restaurant design for new restaurant area
